STRETCHING SESSIONS

Stretching sessions will be held 6.45pm-7.15pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Friday evenings.

Squads swimming on these evenings should look to do these sessions for pre pool preparation.

Any other squad members are welcome to join in with the stretching.
